Our DAO (Decentralised Autonomous Organisation)

A community vision

TooneyChain is optimistic about what communities can build in the Web3 space and we therefore place great emphasis on community involvement in all aspects of our current and future collections. The importance is to build a strong community around a common passion: football. Indeed, we believe that the success of most long-term sustainable projects is based on an active, participating community at the heart of the project.

Involve the community

In this context, we wish to allow the community to participate in different ways during the evolution of the project. Within this framework, different possibilities will be put in place, either via the organization of open source creative contests allowing artists from our community to take part in the artistic design process of our environment (Gamefi,...); via community solicitations, notably in view of the prioritization of future leagues to be added as a priority to our collections (Premier League, Liga,...); via a host of other actions, to be discovered later on.

As you will have understood, the aim here is to encourage the maximum participation of the community in certain changes to the project, so as to be in a continuous link with the latter, whether it is for the addition/removal of functionalities, the graphic vision, or others.

The main goal of our company is to integrate more people into the Web3 space to help build the future of a decentralized web. In this way, community members and creators will be able to make collaborative decisions and contribute to the future direction of the NFT TooneyChain project.

Evolution towards a DAO

As the project progresses, the aim is to include more and more active participation. To this end, the partial evolution towards a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) system is considered.

A DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization with a clearly defined function, a governance system without hierarchy that allows for influence-free transactions, impartial voting and more in a secure environment.

As a company, TooneyChain actively promotes this community principle and intends to expand into a DAO in the future.

As a first test of such a method of operation, the holders of the NFT "World Cup 2022" collection will be asked to participate in different votes, with the following distribution: 1 NFT = 1 Vote. For the sake of transparency, Team members will not be able to participate in the vote, except in case of emergency or prior mention.

The aim of the project is subsequently, if the test is convincing, to evolve little by little via an increasingly decentralized and broad system, in particular via the appearance of the TCT token, which can be used within the ecosystem at the end of the project. Among its many functions, the TCT token will have a governance role, thus allowing the community to participate more easily and more widely.

Governance tokens are crypto-currencies that represent the voting power within a blockchain project.

The DAO votes will be organized within the Ethereum network, chosen for its efficient operation and transparency.

Community rewards

TooneyChain's main concern is the community. This evolution of the project through active participation of the community and those who contribute to it out of passion is therefore an essential point in the project. In this context, community members who help the project over time will be pleasantly surprised and rewarded.
